Loosing my mind - I just realized that the project I had seen using the Swell line was here http://cinderberrystitches.typepad.com/cinderberrystitches/2008/01/going-dotty.html... but all your stuff is still lovely :-) And because of you, I am now obessed with the "Pastel Antique Flower" fabric collection. So many roses, so little time...

I hope you feel better soon!

I just stumbled across your blog today - had done a search to see if anyone had blog about the new "Swell" by moda fabric line... I just got my jelly roll last week and was cutting it into strips for a quilt last night. Plan to blog about it soon. Fun to see what you had done with it. Love all you other cool projects too - esp. all the pink :-). And also just read your post about Tasha Tudor - one of my heros. Will look forward to continuing to read your blog.

I always cry when I buy her fabrics anyway, they are so expensive :(

It is gorgeous Kathy! Keep up the great work. I can't get over the snow in the background of the shot, keep singing .....it never rains in California......what have you done to me?
How far away are those mountains?

I thought I'd post a few links to patterns for Christmas stockings for Susan and anyone else who might happen to wonder by and turns out to be curious about the same thing. I haven't come across too many patterns but here are a few that I've found which I really liked:

Arnhild offers a few patterns that I will leave a link to here:

http://www.arnhild.com/misc.htm

The Interweave Knits Holiday 2006 edition has a beautiful stocking made in Shetland wool, more Fair Isle inspired, that I thought was very nice.

And finally, Ann Norling offers some nice traditional patterns based on Intarsia.
